Program Structure
The program can be delivered across six weeks live or self-paced if you purchase as an Evergreen product, it all depends on your needs. Each module builds upon the previous one and offers teaching, guided practises, writing integration, and real life application.
Module One: Emotional Awareness and Your Inner Landscape
Understanding how emotions show up in your body and patterns. Learning the difference between sensation and story. Identifying your emotional map.
Module Two: Nervous System Safety and Regulation
Learning practises to regulate your system and create internal safety. Grounding, breathwork, somatic slowing, and identifying triggers with compassion.
Module Three: Shadow Work and Old Wounds
Understanding the roots of emotional responses and exploring unmet needs, attachment patterns, and the inner child using gentle awareness.
Module Four: Emotional Transmutation
Transforming emotional intensity into clarity and self-leadership. Learning reframing techniques, empowerment tools, and writing practises that alchemise emotional weight.
Module Five: Expression, Boundaries and Truth Telling
Learning to communicate clearly, hold boundaries, and express emotions in a grounded and safe way.
Module Six: Integration and Identity
Establishing new emotional habits and stepping into your emotionally grounded identity. Integration practises and long term emotional maintenance.
