Meet Chez

If we were having a cuppa together, which, honestly, is my favourite way to talk about life, here’s what I’d tell you about this work and about me.

I’m English originally, a Devon girl at heart, but Australia has been home since 2011.
My parents, my partner Dan, and my dog Bonnie, they’re my why.

They’re the quiet heartbeat behind everything I do, and the reason I care so deeply about helping people feel safe, human, and held.

I don’t sit above you as some sort of “all-knowing guide.”
I sit with you, friend to friend, soul to soul, and we walk through the real stuff together.
The raw bits. The messy bits. The chapters you’re still trying to make sense of.
And we do it with softness, a bit of cheeky humour, and grounded down to earth spirituality.

I blend multiple powerful modalities; let’s start with me teaching you to connect to your own amazing intuition yeah? energy work, mentoring, meditation, emotional wisdom, movement but not in a formulaic way.

Instead I listen deeply, and then I curate the moment to what you need.

Truly, Just real presence and the right modalities at the right time.

My own story of grief, betrayal, rebuilding, and healing isn’t something I hide, but it also doesn’t lead the room. It’s just part of why I understand people the way I do.
It’s part of why I refuse to bypass your pain or rush your process.
It’s part of why I believe so strongly in honouring the whole human.

And outside this work?

I’m someone who loves a good cuppa tea (obviously), music that hits my soul (Ben Howard is my soul medicine), nature walks that clear my head, camping trips that reset my whole system, learning and upskilling for the pure joy of it, and taking care of my body in the best way I can.  I’m driven by personal development, because becoming the best human I can be matters to me.

It’s what makes me a better mentor, a better partner, a better daughter, and a better friend.
