Chez Stanley provides meditation, sound-healing, mentoring, energy healing experiences, and digital wellbeing offerings.
These services are designed to support general wellbeing, self-awareness, relaxation, nervous-system regulation, and personal growth.
All services are offered in a trauma-aware and personal-development capacity and are not clinical or therapeutic services.
2. Bookings & Payments
Individual Sessions
All bookings are made via the online booking system.
Payment is required in full at the time of reservation unless otherwise specified.
Bookings are not confirmed until payment is received.
Prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and may change without notice prior to booking confirmation.
Mentoring Programs
Mentoring programs may be offered as intensives or longer term containers.
Programs may be paid in full upfront or via an approved weekly payment plan.
The first payment confirms the Client’s place in the program.
By selecting a payment plan, the Client commits to the full program investment.
Payment plans are not subscriptions and cannot be cancelled to avoid remaining payments.
Where a weekly payment plan is selected:
The Client authorises Chez Stanley to automatically charge their nominated payment method via the secure payment processor.
Payments will be charged on the agreed weekly schedule.
Failure to complete payments does not void the Client’s responsibility for the remaining balance.
Chez Stanley reserves the right to pause access to sessions, digital materials, or member content if payments are not received.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
Individual Sessions:
Cancellation or rescheduling requires a minimum of 24 hours notice.
Sessions cancelled within 24 hours may be forfeited.
Mentoring Programs:
Deposits (where applicable) are non-refundable.
Once a mentoring program has commenced, refunds are not provided for change of mind.
Withdrawal from a program does not release the Client from their agreed financial commitment.
Nothing in this policy excludes or limits rights available under Australian Consumer Law.
