The intricate weavings of energy of the woman I have become.

I have fought so hard to become her.

Daily showing up to do the things I know are good for me.

It’s non negotiable now.

These health rituals are NOT forced, they flow.

Effortlessly.

The self reverence is what I am here for.

No one will take that from me again.

I am here to be me, unapologetically.

My life force immeasurable.

I inspire & influence others to do the same for themselves.

Anyone who isn’t in alignment with who I am, I lovingly let go.

It’s my time now to make my dreams come true.
